Ingredients

• 2 1/3 cups pure icing sugar, sifted (see Cook’s Tip)
• 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 395g can sweetened condensed milk
• 3 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
• 2 tsp vanilla essence
• Few drops pink food colouring
• 8 large waffle ice-cream cones
• 50g white chocolate melts, melted
• Gold and white cachous, edible gold stars, to decorate
