- 3 shots Vodka
- Ice Cubes
- 2 shots Part Kahlúa
- 2 shots Part Espresso or instant coffee
- Cream
- 4.5 ounces unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg (separate)
- 2 ¾ cups wholemeal flour
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 125g unsalted butter
