Ingredients

• 70ml yoghurt
• 1 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp freshly-grated horseradish
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 6 celery leaves, finely chopped
• 1/2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• 1 tbsp paparika
• 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
