• 16 sheets samosa pastry sheets (or spring roll wrappers)
• 0.75 lb ground beef
• 1 whole onion, finely diced
• 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 1 whole green chili, minced
• 1 tbsp garam masala
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 0.5 tsp turmeric
• 0.75 cup frozen peas
• 0.25 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 3 tbsp flour-water paste (sealing)
• 4 cups oil for frying
