Ingredients

• 4 tbs cornflour
• 1 tbs plain flour
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbs oil
• 1 glass water
• 300 g diced chicken thighs
• 1 tbs light soy
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 egg white
• 1 tbs oyster sauce
• 2 tbs sugar
• 2 tbs vinegar
• 3 tbs water
• 1/2 tbs cornstarch
• 1 handful sesame seeds
• 1 handful garlic
• 1 handful bird's eye chillis
