Ingredients

• 1/4 c. Bacon
• or Pizzaiolo Olive Oil
• 1/4 c. lemon juice or Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
• 1 Tbsp. Gravelbourg French Mustard
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 c. Greek yogurt or sour cream (or 1/3 c. full fat cream)
• 1 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste (optional)
• fresh cracked pepper (or try a pinch of Saltwest Naturals Apple Smoked Sea Salt)
• 1 large head romaine, torn
• 4 cooked bacon strips, chopped
• 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
• 3 c. croutons
