- 1 litre (4 cups) beef broth
- 1 chopped garlic glove
- 1 laurel leaf
- 5 chopped fresh origano leaves
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) tomato juice
- 250 ml (1 cup) pasta (Orzo or peperina)
- 60 ml (¼ cup) minced prosciutto
- 5 ml (1 tsp) olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml (1 cup) chopped baby spinach
- 250 ml (1 cup) parmesan shavings
