• 3 tbsp Honey
• 1 tbsp Soda
• 1 tbsp Vinegar 9%
• 320 g Sugar
• 300 g Wheat Flour
• 100 g Raisins
• 100 g Walnut
• 0.5 pcs Cinnamon
• 4-5 pcs Clove
• 4-5 pcs Cardamom
• 0.5 tsp Ground Ginger
• 1 pinch Nutmeg
