- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra to top)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Major Tom Seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian Stallion Seasoning
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 150g pepperoni slices (100g chopped, 50g in rounds for the top)
- Fresh parsley and parmesan to garnish
