• 12 tablespoons (1.5 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
• 6 large eggs, at room temperature
• 3/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1.5 tablespoons Cointreau
• 2 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
• Lightly sweetened whipped cream, for serving
