Shaggy Cake – Whitworths Sugar

Ingredients

• 280g of Whitworths Caster Sugar
• 280g of Baking Spread, chilled
• 280g of Self Raising Flour, sifted
• 3 Large Eggs, at room temperature
• 2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
• 3 Tbsp of Milk (Semi-skimmed or whole)
• 150g of Raspberry Jam
• 1kg of Whitworths Icing Sugar
• 450g of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
• 3-4 Tbsp of Milk (semi-skimmed or whole)
• Food colouring, 5 different colours
• 5 Grass Piping Tips (we used Wilton #233)
