- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Milk Mixture
- 300g heavy whipping cream
- 250g condensed milk
- 300g evaporated milk
- 100g Lotus spread
- Cake Decoration
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp sugar
- 200g melted lotus spread for drizzling
- 4 lotus biscuits crumbs (optional)
