- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large eggs plus 1 large egg white
- Oil for frying (I prefer olive or avocado)
- Baking sheet lined with paper towels
- 1/2 pound cooked chuck steak, finely chopped
- 2 medium shallots, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- or 1/2 store bought horseradish cream
