• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 to 1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
• 3-1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
• 1/4 cup prepared pesto
• 1-3/4 cups coarsely chopped fresh broccoli
• 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
