• 1 cup good eggnog
• 1 Tbsp Organic Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour
• 1/3 tsp Salt
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 2 cups good eggnog
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3 large egg yolks (lightly beaten in a bowl)
• 1 tsp quality pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp quality pure rum extract
