Chana Dhaal Curry recipe by Zurayda

Ingredients

• 3 cups preboiled Chana dhaal
• Oil about ¼ cup (l use less oil in my curries you can use more if you prefer)
• 1 large onion sliced
• 1 tablespoon whole cumin
• Handfull curry leaves
• 2 red chillies
• 2 medium tomatoes liquidised
• 1 tablespoon tomatoe puree
• 1 tablespoon red chilli garlic paste @sunnyside classic
• 2 teaspoon fine coriander
• 2 teaspoon fine cumin
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon tumeric
• 2 teaspoon coarse red
