- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp Amchoor
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Ground anardana
- 1/2 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 50 gms Ginger juliennes
- 4 Bay leaves
- 1/4 tbsp Sodium bicarbonate
- 100 gms Ghee
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
- 2 to 3 Cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 100 gms Tamarind
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 tbsp Roasted cumin seeds
- a few Coriander leaves
- 2 Green chillies
- Salt to taste
