- 80g tuna from a tin (single portion size)
- 60g sweetcorn
- 1 tbs mayonnaise
- 40g nutty cheese such as Jarlsberg or Emmental
- 1 ciabatta roll or panini bread
- Salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon
- Butter
- Dill pickle and mustard to serve
