Ingredients

• 4 chicken breast, boneless and trimmed
• stuffing
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) softened butter
• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) lemon juice
• salt and white pepper to taste
• 1 pinch of tarragon
• 2 clove garlic
• 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) parsley, chopped
• 1 apple, grated
• coating:
• 4 egg
• 3/4 cup (190 mL) canola oil
• 1 cup (250 mL) flour
• 2 cups (500 mL) breadcrumbs
• sufficient quantity, canola oil for frying
