• stuffing
• 4 dried Tomato, minced
• 1 zucchini, julienned
• 1 small eggplant, julienned
• 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh thyme, chopped
• 2 tsp. (10 mL) fresh chopped basil
• 2 Tbsp. (30 mL) vegetable concentrate
• 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) liquid honey
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) grated cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
