• 1 minced onion
• 310 ml (1 1/4 cup) sliced mushrooms
• 1 diced green pepper
• 150g of sliced pepperoni Bella Vita
• 1 can of diced tomatoes 398 ml
• 625 ml (2 1/2 cups) beef broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 30 ml (2 tablespoons) basil leaves
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated mozzarella
