Pizza Soup

Ingredients

• ½ large red onion
• 1 tin chopped tomatoes
• 400ml vegetable or chicken stock
• 1 tablespoon tomato puree
• ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 packet chorizo or salami
• ½ jar chopped olives
• 1 bell pepper - finely diced
• 2-3 chopped mushrooms
• 3 teaspoons Pizza The Action seasoning
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 baguette of garlic bread
• 1 ball Mozzarella
• 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying
