Ingredients

• 1 pound Stewing beef chopped into 1 inch pieces
• 1 small sweet potato chopped
• 1 small Onion finely chopped
• 2 parsnips chopped
• 1/4 cup Peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons Corn starch
• 1 tablespoon Hot pepper sauce or to taste
• 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
• 1 can coconut milk
• 1/2 cup peanuts salted and chopped
• 1/4 cup Mint leaves rough chopped
