Recipe Trolley | Meatball black bean chilli

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 12 beef meatballs
• 1 red onion, finely sliced
• 2 red pepper, sliced
• 1 small bunch coriander, leaves and stalks chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 15 g brown sugar, (1 tbsp)
• 800 g can chopped tomatoes
• 800 g black beans, drained and rinsed
• 100 tbsp white rice, to serve
