Ingredients

• 3 Scotch bonnet peppers
• 1/2 cup of Vinegar
• 3/4 cup soya sauce
• 1 /2 cup of Cilantro
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp orange juice
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tsp fresh ginger
• 1 lime, juice
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tsp Allspice
• pinch salt
