Lemon & Cardamom Chocolate Twists – Seed & Bean

Ingredients

• 480g strong bread flour
• 250ml warm, but not hot milk (to activate the yeast)
• 50g butter (melted)
• 2 eggs
• 4 tbsp dark brown sugar
• 2 tsp instant yeast
• Pinch of cardamom
• 1 bar of Seed and Bean Lemon and Cardamom Dark Chocolate, chopped into chunks
• 2-3 tbsp butter
• 2-3 tbsp dark brown sugar
