Ingredients

• 1/4 Cup light mayonnaise
• 1/4 Cup fat free sour cream ((or Greek yogurt))
• 1 tbsp white vinegar
• 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 397 g bag of prepared coleslaw
• 1 Small shallot (, sliced into sticks)
• 1 Small red chilli pepper (, sliced (including seeds))
