Ingredients
- 4 cups Arctic® Golden apples slices, sliced in thin strips
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 TB minced shallots
- 1 TB Dijon Mustard
- 1 TB Honey
- ¼ tsp salt
