Rosemary Sausage Rolls - Bake with Amy

Ingredients

• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 250 g minced lamb, at room temperature (20% fat)
• 250 g minced pork, at room temperature (20% fat)
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
• ½ cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tsp fine salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• 4 pieces of puff pastry (I used Borg's Extra Flaky Puff Pastry)
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
