Ingredients

• 1 lb. lump crab meat, picked over for shell pieces
• 3/4 cup chopped celery
• 1/4 cup minced chives
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
• the juice from 1/2 a lemon
• 4 hot dog buns or small hoagie rolls
