Tres Leche Cupcakes - My Love For Cooking

Ingredients

• 6 large eggs, separated
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup (or one half of a 225 g. block) of butter, melted and cooled
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1/2 cup cream
• 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• Whipped cream and ground cinnamon, for garnish
