Ingredients

• 1 chicken divided into portions
• 1 small onion, peeled and roughly chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 4 tsp Jerk Seasoning
