• 3 tbsp (45 ml) hoisin sauce
• 3 tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup
• 4 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves, cut in half crosswise
• 1 head broccoli, cut into small florets
• 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
• 1 cup (100 g) snow peas
• 2 cups (120 g) crispy fried noodles
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced
