Ingredients

• 6 cloves garlic, for the base
• 1/2 tsp salt, for the base
• 1/2 tsp sugar, for the base
• 2 tblsp lemon juice, for the base
• less than 1/4 cup vinegar,
• 1/4 cup oil, for the base
• water, for the base, enough for it to blend finely
• 1 cup mayonnaise if it’s not very thick make it 2 cups or greek yoghurt
• 1 cup water
• 2 ice cubes
• 1/4 cup parsley
