Ingredients

• 5 to 6 cups cabbage, thinly shaved (about one small head)
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 1/3 cup red onion, finely minced
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons white vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground caraway seed, toasted
• 2 teaspoons mustard powder
• Pepper
• 3 tablespoons parsley, minced
• 2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
• 2 carrots, julienned
