- 200g dark (70% cocoa) chocolate, melted
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- raspberries, edible flowers and icing sugar, to serve
- 1 cup (250g) mascarpone cream
- 1 cup (250ml) pure cream
- ¼ cup (80g) icing sugar
- 400g white chocolate, melted
- ½ teaspoon grapeseed oil
