Potato soup from Rezeptliebe: clear, tasty and delicious

Ingredients

• 500Soup meat (e.g. cattle breasts – diced
• 2marrow bones from beef
• 3Onion – cut into half rings
• 1/2leek – cut into fine rings
• 2Carrots – cut into half slices
• 100Celery – rolled
• 1,5Vegetable broth
• 1covenantfresh parsley (ca. 20 grams) – finely chopped
• 1marjoram (dried)
• 2Laurel leaves (dried)
• Salt, pepper as desired
• Optional: 1 pinch of lovage (dried)
