• 1 1/2 cups water, boiling
• 1 packet active dry yeast
• 1/4 cup water (warm 105 - 115 degrees)
• 1/4 cup molasses
• 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 1/2 cups all purpose-flour
