Torta all’acqua | Fattoria La Vialla

Ingredients

• 330 g still water, at room temperature
• 300 g flour + 2 tablespoons for the cake tin
• 200 g brown sugar
• 1 sachet of baking powder for cakes (16 g)
• 10 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (90 g) + 1-2 for the cake tin
• 1 vanilla pod
• 1 lemon: juice and rind
• 2-3 tablespoons of icing sugar and 2-3 tablespoons of Fragolina (according to taste)
