• 30 g butter at room temperature
• 80 ml Chianti
• 40 g almonds
• 40 g pine nuts
• 40 g walnuts
• 40 g raisins
• 1 untreated lemon (the peel)
• 2 untreated oranges (the peel)
• 70 ml La Fragolina
• a pinch of salt
