Flax Bean Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 cup / 250 ml Romano beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 1/2 tsp / 7 ml vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup / 125 ml canola oil
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup / 175 ml whole wheat flour
• 1 1/3 cup / 325 ml granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup / 125 ml dark cocoa powder
• 1 tbsp / 15 ml flax seeds
• 1 tsp / 5 ml salt
• 1 tsp / 5 ml baking soda
• 1 tsp / 5 ml baking powder
