Turkey Meatballs or Meatloaf Recipe - National Turkey Federation

Ingredients

• 1/2 c Red bell peppers, small diced
• ¾ c Red onion, peeled and chopped
• 2 tbsp Garlic cloves, peeled and minced
• 3 tbsp Olive oil
• 5 lbs Ground turkey
• 2.5 lbs Italian style sausage, removed from casing
• ½ c Scallions, chopped
• 1 c Tomatoes, diced
• 2 tbsp Basil leaves, minced
• 1 tbsp Oregano leaves, minced
• 1 Egg
• ½ c Bread crumbs
• To Taste Salt and pepper
