Calzone recipe by Hajira

Ingredients

• 5 cups flour (21/2 cups)
• 10g packet yeast (½ tablespoon)
• 4 tablespoons sugar (2 tablespoons)
• 1 teaspoon salt (½ teaspoon)
• 1 cup milk (½ cup)
• ½ cup oil (¼ cup)
• 1 cup warm water (½ cup)
• 1 egg
• 2 cups Fillet steak cubed small
• 1 medium onion cubed
• 1 tomato cubed
• About 2 tablespoon Steers Barbecue sauce
• About 2 tablespoon Steers prego sauce or Nandos Prego Sauce
• A pinch of sugar
• 1 teaspoon Garlic
• 2 teaspoons Red masala
• 1 tablespoon Tomato Purée
• 1 teaspoon Barbecue spice
• 1 teaspoon Steak & chops spice
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• 1 teaspoon Black pepper
• 2 tablespoons Soya Sauce
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• Salt to taste
• ½ tablespoon Lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons oil
• Grated cheese
