Ingredients

• 1kg minute steak Washed and drained well
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa steak and chops masala
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose blend
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 3 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
• 1 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper
• 1 sliced red and green pepper
• Add in 4 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce
• ½ cup Maggie sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon 6 gun grill sauce
• Add to steak
