Easy Roasted Beer Can Chicken | Hip2Save
This type of chicken is my family's favorite because of the flavorful and crispy outside skin.The beer adds a unique flavor and makes for a wonderful sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 whole chicken (about 5-6 pounds)
