Ingredients

• 2-4 pounds leftover turkey bones, some meat still attached
• 2 medium yellow onions, root removed and cut in half (skin still on)
• 4 large carrots, cut into 3 inch pieces
• 4 large celery stalks, cut into 3 inch pieces
• 1 each bay leaf
• 1/4-1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
• 4-6 sprigs parsley, whole
• 1/2 teaspoon thyme
