Chipotle Black Bean Dip – Old Town Oil

Ingredients

• 15 oz can of Black Beans drained and rinsed
• 1 clove of garlic (or more)
• 1/4 cup sweet onion
• 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
• 1 or 2 chipotles in adobo sauce plus some of the adobo sauce
• 2 Tbsp Cilantro & Onion Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 Tbsp Jalapeno Lime Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 Tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp salt (or more to taste)
