Kale Caesar Salad – Red Boat Fish Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Red Boat Fish Sauce
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 2-3oz Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ¾ cup bread crumbs
• 1 ½ tbsp butter
• ½ tsp Red Boat Fish Sauce
• 6oz kale
• Parmesan cheese, to garnish
