Spicy Turkey Tacos | A Mexican Cook

Ingredients

• 2 dried cascabel chilies
• 2 dried pasilla chilies
• 3 big garlic cloves, peeled
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon dried Mexican Oregano
• 1/2 cup hot water + extra to rinse blender
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 500 grams of cooked turkey meat, roughly cubed
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 16 Corn Tortillas
• 1 tin of refried black beans
