• 1 cup grated parmesan, divided
• Two 10-ounce lobster tails
• 1 pound elbow macaroni
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and finely minced
• 1 cup grated white cheddar cheese
• 1 cup grated Fontina cheese
• 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
• 1 cup cubes of Brie cheese, rind removed
• 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs
